俗話說“一孕傻三年”，意思是當(dāng)女性懷孕后，準(zhǔn)媽咪的記憶力會有衰退的跡象，常常會丟三落四，而且有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)女性懷孕后的確有可能出現(xiàn)記憶力衰退和認(rèn)知能力下降等問題，通常我們叫此為“孕傻”，英文表達(dá)是baby brain。

 

Just when a pregnant woman might need to multitask, research has confirmed that the long-suspected "baby brain" effect kicks in, as suspected, and may impair memory for up to a year after birth.

懷孕的女人本就需要身兼多職，而研究卻證實(shí)長久以來流傳的“孕傻”說法是真的，懷孕會造成準(zhǔn)媽媽記憶力衰退，其影響力甚至?xí)暗疆a(chǎn)后一年。

Studies showed that up to 80 percent of women reported impaired cognitive ability, particularly increased forgetfulness. The cause is not known, and theories include hormonal changes and sleep deprivation.

研究顯示多達(dá)80%的女性報(bào)告說自己懷孕后認(rèn)知能力下降了，特別是健忘越來越嚴(yán)重。原因尚不明了，有理論稱“孕傻”是由體內(nèi)荷爾蒙變化和缺覺引起的。
