“逼供”怎么說

提起逼供，你的腦海里是不是浮現(xiàn)出電影里那些驚心動魄的場面？坐老虎凳、灌辣椒水、扳手指頭、吊起來打……人們在逼供上面還真是有創(chuàng)造力呀。言歸正傳，逼供用英語怎么說呢？

Tong said that in recent years, illegal evidence used by some local procuratorate departments had resulted in some people being wrongly prosecuted.
最高人民檢察院日前下發(fā)的《人民檢察院辦理不起訴案件質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（試行）》規(guī)定，檢查院不能使用通過逼供、拷問或暴力獲得的證據(jù)。近年來，一些地方出現(xiàn)了檢察院使用違法證據(jù)導(dǎo)致錯誤起訴的案件。
這里的“forced confessions”指的就是逼供?！癈onfession”是“供認”的意思，“forced”是“強迫的”的意思，強迫你供認也就是逼供了。
“逼供”用作動詞時就可以說“to force a confession”或者“to abtain a confession by force”了。
此外，比較常見的與“forced”連用組成的詞組有：forced landing（迫降）、forced collection（強制性捐款）等。
