潘粵明董潔婚姻出現(xiàn)裂痕，董潔經(jīng)紀(jì)人任佳鶯爆料潘粵明諸多“劣跡”，潘粵明起訴任佳鶯及媒體侵犯名譽權(quán)。歷經(jīng)兩年，此案日前終于蓋棺定論。法院判定任佳鶯對潘粵明造成名譽權(quán)侵害，在判決下達(dá)7日內(nèi)須向潘粵明公開道歉。

After Pan divorced Dong in 2012, rumors surfaced on the internet that Pan was in debt, addicted to gambling and discrediting Dong. Dong's agent Ren Jiaying confirmed the rumors in an interview with Shanghai Times. Pan's attorney sued Ren and Shanghai Times for infringing his reputation, and won the trial.
2012年潘粵明和董潔離婚后，網(wǎng)上開始散播謠言，說潘粵明嗜賭、欠債、抹黑董潔。董潔經(jīng)紀(jì)人在接受《申江服務(wù)導(dǎo)報》的采訪時還“證實”了這些謠言。潘粵明的律師起訴任佳鶯和《申江服務(wù)導(dǎo)報》侵犯名譽權(quán)并勝訴。
“侵犯名譽權(quán)”的英文表達(dá)就是infringe reputation，名詞形式是reputation infringement。潘粵明律師起訴董潔經(jīng)紀(jì)人侵犯名譽權(quán)并won the trial（勝訴）。
法院裁定董潔經(jīng)紀(jì)人make an open apology to Pan within 7 days after the written judgment was reached（在判決下達(dá)7日內(nèi)向潘粵明公開道歉）。
