A woman who gave up her job to sit around all day entering competitions has had the last laugh, as her new ‘career’ has nabbed her £255,000 in prizes.
Di Coke, 40, gave up being a graphic designer, and brings in at least £15,000 a year from entering hundred of contests and competitions every week.
The mother-of-one has won more than 50 holidays to exotic locations such as Brazil and Japan for her family.
She even managed to furnish her home in Brighton and win £7,500 cash towards her wedding.
‘I have got to the stage when I can fund my life through entering competitions,’ said Ms Coke.
Di already has Christmas sorted, and her next task is kitting out her kitchen with competition wins.
She started ‘comping’ 17 years ago when she won an all expenses trip to Iceland.
‘It was fantastic. It gave me a taste for a winning lifestyle so I started entering more,’ she said.
Di has been so successful at ‘comping’ that she runs a blog giving people advice on how to win big, and is writing a eBook about her experiences.
She said: ‘I want people to realise how entering competitions can make a difference to their life.’
