國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)7月9日主持召開(kāi)國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議，部署加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)，決定免征新能源汽車(chē)車(chē)輛購(gòu)置稅，圍繞推進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)，通過(guò)相關(guān)法律修正案草案和行政法規(guī)修改決定。
China will exempt electric-car buyers from purchase taxes as part of expanded State measures to boost sales of the vehicles, an executive meeting of the State Council said on Wednesday.
周三召開(kāi)的國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議決定，我國(guó)將對(duì)電動(dòng)車(chē)購(gòu)買(mǎi)者免征購(gòu)置稅以促進(jìn)此類(lèi)汽車(chē)的銷(xiāo)售。
自今年9月1日到2017年年底，國(guó)家將對(duì)新能源汽車(chē)（new-energy vehicles）免征車(chē)輛購(gòu)置稅（auto-purchase tax），這里的新能源汽車(chē)包括：純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)(Blade Electric Vehicles ,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BEV)，插電式混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)（Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PHEV），以及燃料電池電動(dòng)汽車(chē)（fuel-cell electric vehicles）。
To exempt buyers from purchase taxes和to waive the auto-purchase tax for new-energy vehicles均表示“免征車(chē)輛購(gòu)置稅”，我們也可以說(shuō)buyers get tax exemption。
