國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)28日會見世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇主席施瓦布時(shí)表示，面對經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力，將做好政策儲備，適時(shí)適度預(yù)調(diào)微調(diào)，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)今年經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

At a meeting in Beijing with Klaus Schwab, executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, Li said action was being taken for what he described as "timely and moderate pro-cyclical fine-tuning" of the country's economic policies.
在北京會見世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇主席施瓦布時(shí)，李克強(qiáng)表示將“適時(shí)適度預(yù)調(diào)微調(diào)”，并根據(jù)這一經(jīng)濟(jì)政策采取行動。
“適時(shí)適度預(yù)調(diào)微調(diào)”的英文表達(dá)為timely and moderate pro-cyclical fine-tuning，目標(biāo)是stabilize growth momentum（保持穩(wěn)定的增長勢頭），以及achieve key targets for social and economic development this year（實(shí)現(xiàn)今年經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的預(yù)期目標(biāo)）。
李克強(qiáng)表示，當(dāng)前中國的fundamental fiscal and monetary policies（基本財(cái)政和貨幣政策）將大體上保持不變，但會采取一些微調(diào)措施。當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟(jì) still facing downward pressure（仍然面臨下行壓力）。專家認(rèn)為，李克強(qiáng)總理的“適時(shí)適度預(yù)調(diào)微調(diào)”言論是一個(gè)積極信號，有利于增強(qiáng)投資者的信心。
