 首個“電子商務(wù)規(guī)范”網(wǎng)上征求意見

近日，商務(wù)部在網(wǎng)上就《電子商務(wù)模式規(guī)范》和《網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物服務(wù)規(guī)范》征求意見。作為國內(nèi)首份針對電子商務(wù)行業(yè)的規(guī)范，業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，該規(guī)范實(shí)施后將使電子商務(wù)市場有法可依。

The Ministry of Commerce is eliciting public opinion on the nation's first e-business model and online-shopping transactions service specifications outlined in two draft regulations, and the public will be allowed to comment before May 16 on the Ministry's website.
目前，商務(wù)部在網(wǎng)上就我國首個《電子商務(wù)模式規(guī)范》和《網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物服務(wù)規(guī)范》草案征詢意見，公眾可在5月16日前到商務(wù)部網(wǎng)站提出意見。
The drafts define e-business models from business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), consumer to consumer (C2C), and government to business (G2B).
這兩份草案涵蓋了企業(yè)之間 (B2B)、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者之間 (B2C)、個人之間 (C2C)和政府和企業(yè)之間 (G2B)四種網(wǎng)上交易形式。
上述報(bào)道中，e-business model就是“電子商務(wù)模式”，online-shopping transactions service是“網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物服務(wù)”，specification一般指 a detailed description of design criteria for a piece of work（規(guī)格，詳述），用在這里表示A document describing how some system should work（規(guī)范）。此外，elicit public opinion就是“征詢公眾意見”的意思。
