 “大宗交易系統(tǒng)”怎么說

近日，證監(jiān)會緊急召開發(fā)布會，公布《上市公司解除限售存量股份轉(zhuǎn)讓指導(dǎo)意見》，要求股東在大量出售限售股份時要通過大宗交易系統(tǒng)來完成交易。

The securities regulator Sunday ordered shareholders to sell stocks on the block trading system if they expect to sell a large amount of shares freed from the lock-in period.
證監(jiān)會于周日要求股東在有意大量出售解禁的限售股份時要通過大宗交易系統(tǒng)來完成交易。
When more than 1 percent of a listed firm's total shares are sold within a month, the holders should use the block trading system, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said.
證監(jiān)會指出，如果預(yù)計未來一個月要公開出售的股份數(shù)量超過該公司總股本1%的，應(yīng)當(dāng)通過大宗交易系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)讓所持股份。
該報道中，block trading system就是“大宗交易系統(tǒng)”，block trade（大宗交易）指A large amount of securities being traded, typically at least 10,000 shares of stock or $200,000 in bonds. Normally, only institutional investors undertake such large trades（交易量為至少1萬股股票或者價值20萬的證券的交易，一般只有集團(tuán)型投資者才會進(jìn)行此類交易）。
與之相關(guān)的還有一種交易系統(tǒng)叫做bid trading system（競價交易系統(tǒng)），bid trade（競價交易）一般來講，是指兩個以上的買方和兩個以上的賣方通過公開競價形式來確定證券買賣價格的情形。
