 人們總是期待生活中能有驚喜、飛來好運等等等等。現(xiàn)實的生活越乏味，對這種意外事件的憧憬就更加熱烈，這也能說明為什么人們對鄰居視而不見而對究竟有沒有外星人卻更加熱衷。可惜驚喜和飛來好運總是難得，厄運卻總是不期而至。比如影片中這個一生都在渴望something exciting 的 Martha Huber。
生活是乏味的，也是殘酷的。雖然憧憬不一定能實現(xiàn)，總還能讓人有份念想。不過，要是人們能把眼光從天上落到地上，實現(xiàn)憧憬和獲得驚喜的機會可能會更多一點。
