支付寶給每一位用戶出了一份2017年賬單，并且用一個(gè)關(guān)鍵字預(yù)測了他/她的2018年。情懷滿滿的蠟筆畫，精準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，展現(xiàn)了用戶在2017年衣、食、住、行、公益等方面的開銷。

特別是最后生成的關(guān)鍵詞，讓很多人直呼“太懂我了”！

這跟人們覺得星座很準(zhǔn)是一個(gè)道理，在心理學(xué)上有一個(gè)專門的說法，叫做“巴納姆效應(yīng)”(Barnum effect)。

“巴納姆效應(yīng)”是由心理學(xué)家伯特倫·福勒（Bertram Forer）于1948年通過試驗(yàn)證明的一種心理學(xué)現(xiàn)象。巴納姆效應(yīng)認(rèn)為人們很容易被一些來自外界的信息所干擾和暗示，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)自我知覺上的偏差。那些一般性的、籠統(tǒng)的描述被認(rèn)為是最準(zhǔn)確的、最適合自己的。

我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，支付寶給出的預(yù)測關(guān)鍵詞都是一般性、籠統(tǒng)性的詞匯。這些詞匯每個(gè)人都喜歡，因此大家都會(huì)“對(duì)號(hào)入座”，覺得很準(zhǔn)。 我們看看支付寶用了哪些“關(guān)鍵詞”：
