日前，國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)教融合的若干意見》，提出深化產(chǎn)教融合，促進(jìn)教育鏈、人才鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈有機(jī)銜接。

Enterprises will be encouraged to participate in the operation of vocational schools and universities in the form of sole proprietorships or joint ventures, and grant more intern vacancies to students to strengthen cooperation with educational institutes, according to a notice released by the State Council.
意見指出，鼓勵企業(yè)以獨資、合資等方式參與舉辦職業(yè)教育、高等教育，同時為學(xué)生提供更多實習(xí)機(jī)會，加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)教合作。

《意見》明確，建立緊密對接產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈的學(xué)科專業(yè)體系（set majors in line with industrial transformation and innovation），大力支持集成電路（integrated circuit）、航空發(fā)動機(jī)及燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)（aeroplane engine and gas turbine）、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全（cyber security）、人工智能（artificial intelligence）等學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)；健全需求導(dǎo)向的人才培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整機(jī)制（adjustment mechanism for demand-oriented training programs），強(qiáng)化就業(yè)市場對人才供給的有效調(diào)節(jié)，嚴(yán)格實行專業(yè)預(yù)警和退出機(jī)制（early warning and exit mechanism）。

深化“引企入教”改革，支持引導(dǎo)企業(yè)深度參與職業(yè)學(xué)校、高等學(xué)校教育教學(xué)改革（play a bigger part in education reform at vocational schools and universities）。支持校企合作開展生產(chǎn)性實習(xí)實訓(xùn)，鼓勵企業(yè)直接接收學(xué)生實習(xí)實訓(xùn)（students to be trained as interns）。以企業(yè)為主體推進(jìn)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和成果轉(zhuǎn)化，加快基礎(chǔ)研究成果向產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化（research results turned into technologies）。
