2017年1月9日，美國(guó)候任總統(tǒng)特朗普在紐約會(huì)見(jiàn)阿里巴巴主席馬云。據(jù)說(shuō)，兩人會(huì)面相當(dāng)愉快，馬云表示要為美國(guó)創(chuàng)造100萬(wàn)個(gè)工作機(jī)會(huì)，特朗普表示，兩人的會(huì)面是個(gè)great meeting，他們兩個(gè)人還要一起做一些great things。

要說(shuō)馬云的公關(guān)能力，一般人還真是難以企及。2014年9月19日，阿里巴巴在美國(guó)紐交所上市以來(lái)，馬云見(jiàn)過(guò)的各國(guó)政要，一只手都數(shù)不過(guò)來(lái)。

Stephen Harper, then-prime minister of Canada, visited Jack Ma at the headquarters of Alibaba on the first day of his visit to China in November 2014. They discussed how e-commerce could help small and medium-sized Canadian enterprises to reach China's middle class consumers. And Ma told Harper that Canadian producers had sold 20,000 lobsters through Alibaba's e-commerce platforms in 2013.

Irish President Michael D Higgins visited Jack Ma at the headquarters of Alibaba in Hangzhou when he was on a state visit in China in December 2014. They discussed how to use the e-commerce platform to promote trade between Ireland and China. During their meeting, Ma even performed tai chi for President Higgins.
