因?yàn)楣賳T“敷衍了事，尸位素餐”，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)“怒了”。

In a rare media report on Chinese leaders with a human touch, Premier Li Keqiang was described to have "thumped the table" in front of ministers. Some officials "would rather stand idle than do work to prevent making mistakes", Li was quoted as saying in a recent article published on the State Council's website. "They hold onto their posts but make only perfunctory efforts. Aren't they like deadwood?"

在一篇體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人人情味的罕見(jiàn)報(bào)道中，李克強(qiáng)總理在部長(zhǎng)們面前“拍了桌子”。中國(guó)政府網(wǎng)發(fā)布的一篇文章引述稱：李克強(qiáng)怒道：一些政府官員抱著“只要不出事，寧愿不做事”的態(tài)度，敷衍了事，這不就是“尸位素餐”嗎？

拍桌子，就是thump the table，其中thump（/θ?mp/）意為“狠打，重?fù)?，猛捶”?！爸灰怀鍪?，寧愿不做事”被意譯為：would rather stand idle than do work to prevent making mistakes?！笆凰夭汀眲t被譯為deadwood，即“枯枝，死木，無(wú)用人員”。

在3月5日的政府工作報(bào)告（Government Work Report）里，李克強(qiáng)指出， 對(duì)懶政怠政的官員追究責(zé)任，是2015年政府四大任務(wù)之一。他指出，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài)（new normal），精神面貌要有新?tīng)顟B(tài)（new attitude）。這是中國(guó)總理首次在政府工作報(bào)告中公開(kāi)批評(píng)懶政怠政的官員（indolent and sloppy officials）。
