十八屆三中全會(huì)昨日閉幕，三中全會(huì)公報(bào)指出，建設(shè)統(tǒng)一開(kāi)放、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有序的市場(chǎng)體系，是使市場(chǎng)在資源配置中起決定性作用的基礎(chǔ)。

To let the market decide the allocation of resources, the primary task is to build an open and unified market with orderly competition, according to the document.
根據(jù)公報(bào)，為了讓市場(chǎng)來(lái)決定資源配置，首要任務(wù)就是建立一個(gè)開(kāi)放、統(tǒng)一、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有序的市場(chǎng)。
“資源配置”就是allocation of resources，動(dòng)詞形式是allocating resources。三中全會(huì)的公報(bào)指出市場(chǎng)在資源配置中的decisive role（決定性地位）。
公報(bào)稱(chēng)，在堅(jiān)持basic economic system（基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度）的基礎(chǔ)上，國(guó)家將努力完善modern market system（現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)體系）、macro-regulatory system（宏觀調(diào)控體系）和market price mechanism（市場(chǎng)價(jià)格機(jī)制）。
