Hotels are turning to children's fantasy icons - such as Barbie, Shrek and Snow White – to sell rooms and attract families, USA Today reported. Children, after all, can be a powerful influence with their travel-buying parents. In Paris, the swanky Hotel Plaza Athénée will convert some rooms into Barbie-themed rooms for the month of August. Entire suites are being decked out in the style of Barbie right down to the bathroom fittings and pillow cases to completely immerse guests in a world of fantasy. Bringing in fantasy could also help hotels fetch higher prices – up to 50% more than for a regular room or hotel stay.(See photo)
據(jù)《今日美國》報道，旅館業(yè)現(xiàn)在找到了"吸金"新套路——從娃娃抓起。很多旅館開始打造芭比、史萊克和白雪公主等深受兒童喜愛的動畫人物主題房間來吸引家庭入住，畢竟負(fù)責(zé)買單的父母通常都會聽孩子的。巴黎豪華酒店雅典娜廣場打算在8月份推出"芭比"系列主題房間。從浴室裝潢到枕套設(shè)計，房間的每一個角落都離不開芭比元素，讓人置身真正的童話夢境。然而天下沒有白吃的午餐——"遨游夢境"可是比"呆在現(xiàn)實"高出最多50%的價錢呢。(見圖)
