A "baby" robot that can learn to roll over and crawl through trial and error was unveiled Wednesday in Osaka, Japan. The 50cm, 3.5kg baby-type robot, called the "M3-neony," is equipped with 22 motors and 90 touch sensors, as well as cameras and microphones in its eyes and ears for face and voice recognition. It can also learn to stand and walk by itself.
