A 22-year-old college student has been elected the 27th mayor of Manitowoc in Wisconsin, US. Justin Nickels is not new to politics. He was elected to Manitowoc's city council at the age of 18. The biggest challenge Nickels will face after moving to city hall is the high unemployment rate caused by the hard economy.(See photo)
