A primary school in England has spent ￡20000 purchasing a retired airplane as their geography classroom, the Daily Mail reported. The 25m-long commercial airliner will become the UK's 1st aircraft-based classroom for primary school pupils. Students will use the creative learning space to imagine they have flown to the locations they are studying, according to an official in the school.(See photo)
據(jù)英國《每日郵報(bào)》報(bào)道，英格蘭一所小學(xué)日前花2萬英鎊購買了一架25米長的退役飛機(jī)，讓其成為孩子們的地理教室，這也是英國首架為小學(xué)生打造的"飛機(jī)教室"。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)介紹說，這一具有創(chuàng)造性的學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)地有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的想象力，他們會(huì)想象自己乘飛機(jī)來到了課堂上講的地方。(見圖)
