Mosha, an injured elephant whose right foreleg was blown off when she stepped on a landmine in Thailand in 2007, has been fitted with a prosthetic leg and will get back on the jungle trail soon, the Daily Mail reported Monday. She is the 1st elephant in the world to be fitted with a prosthetic leg.(See photo)
據(jù)英國(guó)《每日郵報(bào)》9日?qǐng)?bào)道，泰國(guó)一只名叫摩薩的亞洲象2007年踩到地雷，前右腿慘遭炸毀，此后醫(yī)生為其安裝了假肢。日前，它已逐步適應(yīng)假肢，不久將重返叢林生活。摩薩是世界上第一只安裝假肢的大象。(見圖)
