Chomper (see photo), a drooling dog with a flailing tongue, won title honors at the 14th annual Ugly Dog Contest held recently in the US. The 4-year-old boxer mix's startling looks are the result of distemper, which left him with neurological issues. The organizers said the contest is aimed at raising money for animals in need.
