重罰“超生”

近幾年來，名人富人超生現(xiàn)象呈逐漸增多趨勢(shì)，針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，北京市正在研究相關(guān)政策，將對(duì)名人富人超生加大處罰力度。那么，“超生”怎么說呢？

"Celebrities and wealthy people will be fined more heavily for having more than one child,” said Deng Xingzhou, head of the Beijing municipal commission on family planning.
北京市人口和計(jì)生委主任鄧行舟表示，北京市將對(duì)超生的名人富人征收比普通人高出多倍的罰款。
這里，超生是指違反了國家計(jì)劃生育政策 （family planning policy）多要了小孩，因此，超生表達(dá)為“having extra kids”或“having more than one child”。
