官方澄清三峽二次“移民”傳聞

重慶市政府上周舉行新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，正式澄清“重慶三峽庫(kù)區(qū)二次移民400萬(wàn)”的說(shuō)法。三峽庫(kù)區(qū)“移民”怎么說(shuō)呢？

A Chongqing government spokesman Wen Tianping denied media reports that another four million people would be relocated because of environmental problems caused by the Three Gorges project.
Wen speaking at a regular press conference held by the Chongqing authorities, insisted that the plan to encourage millions to leave their homes was just part of the urbanization drive and was not a forced relocation.
重慶市政府新聞發(fā)言人文天平在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上說(shuō)，有媒體報(bào)道“三峽庫(kù)區(qū)由于環(huán)境問(wèn)題實(shí)施二次移民400萬(wàn)”的說(shuō)法不準(zhǔn)確。他表示此次向外轉(zhuǎn)移人口是重慶城市化進(jìn)程中人口分布調(diào)整一種政策，并非強(qiáng)迫性移民。
三峽庫(kù)區(qū)“移民”為“relocation”；大規(guī)模移民為“mass relocation”；
三峽庫(kù)區(qū)“Three Gorges Reservoir area”，三峽庫(kù)區(qū)大規(guī)模移民為“mass relocation in Three Gorges Reservoir area/gorges area”。
