3月27日，國家版權(quán)局、海關(guān)總署等有關(guān)部門就聯(lián)合加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)行政執(zhí)法等問題舉行了發(fā)布會。國家版權(quán)局副局長閻曉宏說，打擊知識產(chǎn)權(quán)犯罪不可能一蹴而就，但政府的諸多努力和措施已頗見成效，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護正穩(wěn)步取得進展。

Headway原屬于航海詞匯，指“前后兩船之間的距離”，后引申為輪船或火車的運行速度。舉兩個例子：The headway between each bus is fixed at three minutes.（每兩班公共汽車之間的時距定為3分鐘。）；Little headway has been made in educational reform.（教育改革幾乎沒有進展。）
