十二屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議3月5日上午9時(shí)在人民大會(huì)堂開(kāi)幕，聽(tīng)取國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)作政府工作報(bào)告，這也是本屆政府的首份工作報(bào)告。這份報(bào)告提出了8個(gè)“新詞”，涉及領(lǐng)域廣泛。

全民閱讀 nationwide reading

語(yǔ)境：發(fā)展文化藝術(shù)、新聞出版、廣播電影電視、檔案等事業(yè)，繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)，倡導(dǎo)全民閱讀。

We will develop culture and arts, the press and publishing, and radio, television and film, and run archives well. We will promote the flourishing of philosophy and social sciences. We will encourage the people to read.

陽(yáng)光財(cái)政 transparency of public finance

語(yǔ)境：所有財(cái)政撥款的“三公”經(jīng)費(fèi)都要公開(kāi)，打造陽(yáng)光財(cái)政，讓群眾看明白、能監(jiān)督。

All public spending on official overseas visits, official vehicles and public receptions should be made public. We will ensure transparency of public finance and make it easy for people to understand and oversee it.

精準(zhǔn)扶貧 to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation

語(yǔ)境：地方要優(yōu)化整合扶貧資源，實(shí)行精準(zhǔn)扶貧，確保扶貧到村到戶。

Local governments need to merge poverty alleviation resources to make better use of them and take targeted measures to ensure that assistance reaches poverty-stricken villages and households.

權(quán)力清單 power list

語(yǔ)境：確需設(shè)置的行政審批事項(xiàng)，要建立權(quán)力清單制度，一律向社會(huì)公開(kāi)。

We will introduce a system to list all items over which government review and approval are required and release the list to the public.

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融 Internet banking

語(yǔ)境：促進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融健康發(fā)展。

We will promote the healthy development of Internet banking.

黑名單制度 blacklisting system

語(yǔ)境：對(duì)違背市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)原則和侵害消費(fèi)者權(quán)益的企業(yè)建立黑名單制度，讓失信者寸步難行。

We will implement a blacklisting system for enterprises that violate market competition principles and infringe on the rights and interests of consumers, and make those who lose credibility pay the price.

中國(guó)式辦法 Chinese solution

語(yǔ)境：我們一定要堅(jiān)定不移推進(jìn)醫(yī)改，用中國(guó)式辦法解決好這個(gè)世界性難題。

We must resolutely press ahead with medical reform and work out a Chinese solution to this global problem.

舌尖上的安全 safety of every bite of food

語(yǔ)境：用最嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管、最嚴(yán)厲處罰、最嚴(yán)肅問(wèn)責(zé)，堅(jiān)決治理餐桌上的污染，切實(shí)保障“舌尖上的安全”。

We will strictly follow laws and regulations and comply with standards, and apply the strictest possible oversight, punishment and accountability to prevent and control food contamination and ensure that every bite of food we eat is safe.
