It's that time of year again, Christmas! Here at The Week we're just as hung up about yule-tide fun as anyone else can be. This week we'll be taking a look at video games, lasers and sadly cow pies.
Bullshit in a box
The crazy card game, Cards Against Humanity is insanely popular right now, so much so that when the makers launched a new product, fans were so eager to buy that they didn't even bother to find out what it was. Turns out what 30,000 people spent $6 on during Black Friday was exactly what the box label said it was, Bullshit. That's right, 30,000 people purchased a tiny black box with Bullshit inside. Fun stuff.
Say hello to my boom stick
The US Military's been talking about and showing off laser weapons for years now, but now the US Navy's laser is fully operational and making it's online debut. This giant boom stick of a cannon shoots colorless laser beams with extreme accuracy. Guess all the sci-fi movies and television shows were wrong, lasers are colorless…
All I want for Xmas
The console wars in China are on! Sony announced the PlayStation 4 for China and now the battle for living room domination is on. Sony's announced some pretty awesome games that Eric thinks will sway Chinese shoppers, from Final Fantasy X to Dynasty Warriors, the Xbox has it's challenge ahead of itself. That said, no one send China Daily, Eric, or Jack an Xbox or PlayStation for Christmas.
