關(guān)注2014雙語(yǔ)讀兩會(huì)

3月3日15時(shí)，全國(guó)政協(xié)十二屆二次會(huì)議在人民大會(huì)堂開幕。全體與會(huì)人員為在3月1日晚云南昆明火車站發(fā)生的嚴(yán)重暴力恐怖事件中遇難的群眾默哀。

中國(guó)人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議第十二屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)全體成員在3月3日的全國(guó)政協(xié)十二屆二次會(huì)議開幕式上為周六（3月1日）昆明恐怖襲擊事件中的遇難者默哀。

“默哀”（silent tribute）是對(duì)逝者表示悼念的一種方式，“為…默哀”可用pay silent tribute to someone或observe a moment of silence for someone表示。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及的今天，不少人還會(huì)在網(wǎng)上敬獻(xiàn)虛擬花圈（virtual wreath）對(duì)逝者進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上悼念（online tribute）。四川汶川地震和青海玉樹地震后，國(guó)家都設(shè)立了全國(guó)哀悼日（national mourning day），對(duì)遇難者進(jìn)行悼念。
