證監(jiān)會昨日就市場關(guān)注的百度理財產(chǎn)品做出回應(yīng)稱，媒體報道的百度百發(fā)保本保收益理財計劃“保本保收益”屬于違規(guī)，下一步將對該業(yè)務(wù)合規(guī)性予以核查。

China's securities watchdog said on Wednesday it will examine the compliance of Baidu Inc's financial business after the company announces details of its online wealth management products.

在百度宣布其在線理財產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)計劃后，中國證監(jiān)會周三稱將對百度的金融業(yè)務(wù)的合規(guī)性予以核查。

百度的“在線理財產(chǎn)品”就是online wealth management products。證監(jiān)會表示，百度理財產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)上銷售應(yīng)comply with the regulation on fund management（符合基金管理的規(guī)定）。

百度首個在線理財產(chǎn)品“百發(fā)”的minimum investment（最低投資額）為1元，而且還可以withdraw money at any time without penalty（隨時撤資且不收罰金）。有報道宣稱“百發(fā)”將為depositors（儲戶們）帶來8%的年收益，但百度否認(rèn)了這一說法。
