蔡繼明：改革戶籍制度是加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的當(dāng)務(wù)之急

“十二五”期間首先要關(guān)注已經(jīng)進(jìn)城務(wù)工半年以上，特別是已經(jīng)務(wù)工多年、有穩(wěn)定勞動關(guān)系的進(jìn)城務(wù)工農(nóng)民以及他們的家屬，使他們加快轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌鞘芯用?，這樣才能使中國城鎮(zhèn)化真實(shí)水平達(dá)到45%。
"The top priority of China's urbanization from 2011 to 2015 is to let migrant workers, who have steady jobs in cities, and their families to become urban residents. Then the urbanization rate can reach 45 percent or higher in the next five years."
