1、專(zhuān)業(yè)不同 重點(diǎn)不同
此簡(jiǎn)歷畢竟是以管理專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生的案例為藍(lán)本做的,它特別強(qiáng)調(diào)管理職位最看重的管理實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科的學(xué)生,實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面可能應(yīng)該更加突出具體參與的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和論文發(fā)表等。另外,基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科的學(xué)生如果找與所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密的工作,一定要突出導(dǎo)師,有可能你的導(dǎo)師就是業(yè)界泰斗,沒(méi)準(zhǔn)可以狐假虎威一下。
2、職位不同 重點(diǎn)不同
本科專(zhuān)業(yè)是基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科,研究生階段改投經(jīng)濟(jì)方向,找工作的時(shí)候,目標(biāo)很明確就是與金融管理和戰(zhàn)略管理有關(guān)的職位,所以本科專(zhuān)業(yè)一筆帶過(guò)。鄭濤簡(jiǎn)歷的指向性也非常明確,突出管理實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),因?yàn)槊婷婢愕降扔跊](méi)有重點(diǎn)。
3、成績(jī)處理 避免短板
鄭濤在校時(shí)的排名沒(méi)有進(jìn)入前三名,而頂級(jí)投資銀行非??粗貙W(xué)生的成績(jī),在這方面處理的比較巧妙,只寫(xiě)百分比,排名在年級(jí)前5%以?xún)?nèi),這個(gè)成績(jī)基本可以通過(guò)。鄭濤將成績(jī)用獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金表達(dá),比較明智,其實(shí)能夠獲得專(zhuān)人設(shè)立的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金應(yīng)該是非常優(yōu)秀的。同學(xué)們?cè)谔幚沓煽?jī)時(shí)有幾種辦法,成績(jī)好的,寫(xiě)GPA和排名,成績(jī)一般的只寫(xiě)排名或者獲獎(jiǎng)狀況,而單科成績(jī)好的,最好把學(xué)科成績(jī)列出。
4、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷 有所取舍
并不是經(jīng)歷越多越復(fù)雜就好,大部分同學(xué)所作實(shí)習(xí)都是和專(zhuān)業(yè)或求職相關(guān)的,所以一般人的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷都比較對(duì)口,但有很多同學(xué)因?yàn)閷?shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷淺薄,就把家教、導(dǎo)游、編程和管理等一大堆風(fēng)馬牛不相及的經(jīng)歷編到一起,這樣容易讓人認(rèn)為你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃不清,容易弄巧成拙。
5、學(xué)生職位 不要抄襲
有兩個(gè)同學(xué)同時(shí)應(yīng)聘一家大公司,兩人在校職務(wù)撞了,結(jié)果被發(fā)現(xiàn),兩人都被公司拒掉。所以千萬(wàn)不要抄襲職位,即使必須寫(xiě)出擔(dān)任職位,也一定要寫(xiě)自己能勝任且有興趣的職位,而且面試前一定要準(zhǔn)備好自我陳述,讓面試者信服你的經(jīng)歷。
