“城管”怎么說？

北京市政府出臺了一系列城管執(zhí)法機(jī)關(guān)約束性法令。明確城管人員要文明執(zhí)法，儀容舉止須嚴(yán)整端莊，那么，“城管”怎么說呢？
請看新華社的報(bào)道：
The norms, written in the newly-made measures on how urban management officers should exercise their power and responsibilities, requires them to maintain "civilized language" and "dignified conduct" in the process of law enforcement, and bans any abuse of power or verbal and physical assault on others.
城管執(zhí)法機(jī)關(guān)約束性法令首次明確了城管執(zhí)法人員權(quán)限和責(zé)任，要求執(zhí)法人員文明執(zhí)法，儀容舉止須嚴(yán)整端莊。嚴(yán)禁城管執(zhí)法人員濫用職權(quán)，刁難、謾罵、毆打當(dāng)事人。
城市管理執(zhí)法人員俗稱“城管”，表達(dá)為“urban management officer/personnel”；文明執(zhí)法表達(dá)為“civilized methods of law enforcement”；濫用職權(quán)為“abuse of power”。
