Las Fallas Festival: 西班牙瓦倫西亞火祭節(jié)，每年3月12日至3月19日舉行，已成為西班牙極有特色的節(jié)慶，每年都吸引成千上萬游客前往當(dāng)?shù)?，放火迎接春天。所謂的fallas 是指上過彩的木頭或紙板雕塑而成的作品。Ninots就是用紙制成的模擬像，其題材取自時下的人物或社會現(xiàn)象、問題，極具諷刺性及幽默感。此節(jié)源自中世紀(jì)，當(dāng)時木匠為了紀(jì)念他們的保護(hù)神圣·約瑟夫，有燃燒木制雕像的習(xí)俗，后來逐漸演變成火祭節(jié)。3月19日是圣·約瑟夫的生日。
