本意是“上軌道”，這里指“適應這種兇猛、快速的打球方式”。我們來看個例子：He is getting on track of that kind of living style by and by. 他漸漸適應了那種生活。

Quick spin 指的是“轉(zhuǎn)身擺脫”，就是進攻運動員往前運球，前面有防守運動員阻擋，進攻運動員突然向后轉(zhuǎn)身變線，改變進攻方向，擺脫防守隊員。Strip 是指“球被搶走”了。
11. he was universally hailed as a bust
這個詞組的意思是“表現(xiàn)平平”，比如：He is hailed as a bust in the university. 他在大學里表現(xiàn)平平。
12. go right at you…
