Is your body ageing faster than you?
US scientists say they can now run a blood test to find out.
It checks proteins to look at 11 major organs including the heart, brain and lungs.
The Stanford University team say they've tried it on thousands of adults, mostly middle-aged or older.
Turns out, one in five healthy adults might have at least one fast-ageing organ – according to their results.
And up to two people in every 100 might have several organs that look "older" than their real age.
In the study, "older" organs were linked with a higher risk of disease and even death over the next 15 years.
A rapidly ageing brain might be more prone to dementia for example, and an "older" heart more likely to suffer from heart failure.
Although the idea of testing your organs might be scary, researchers say it's like regularly checking your car – so you can catch problems early.
But experts warn that some might need extra emotional support after getting the results.
This test is still in progress and more studies are needed to check how accurate these predictions are.
So, would you get the test?
