據(jù)中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)1月30日介紹，2023年，全國貿(mào)促系統(tǒng)共簽發(fā)出境ATA單證冊9273份，同比增長191.97%。

China's national trade promotion system issued 9,273 Admission Temporaire/Temporary Admission (ATA) Carnets in 2023, surging by 191.97 percent year on year, said the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on January 30.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

ATA單證冊是一本國際通用的海關(guān)通關(guān)文件，是世界海關(guān)組織為暫時(shí)進(jìn)出境貨物而專門創(chuàng)設(shè)的，也被稱為“貨物通關(guān)護(hù)照”。

據(jù)介紹，2023年，全國貿(mào)促系統(tǒng)累計(jì)簽發(fā)原產(chǎn)地證書、ATA單證冊、商事證明書等各類證書621.02萬份，較上年同比增長16.05%。其中，全國貿(mào)促系統(tǒng)非優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書簽證金額共計(jì)3822.09億美元，同比增長7.13%；簽證份數(shù)共計(jì)391.43萬份，同比增長13.44%。

全國貿(mào)促系統(tǒng)優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書簽證金額共計(jì)651.52億美元，同比增長7.07%；簽證份數(shù)共計(jì)167.69萬份，同比增長21.54%。全國貿(mào)促系統(tǒng)簽發(fā)原產(chǎn)地證書，特別是優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書簽證量的穩(wěn)定增長，說明隨著我國加大自貿(mào)協(xié)定實(shí)施推廣力度等穩(wěn)外貿(mào)政策效應(yīng)的逐步顯現(xiàn)，我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)出口享惠的能力和水平也不斷提升。
