10月30日，第十屆北京香山論壇在北京國(guó)際會(huì)議中心開(kāi)幕。本屆論壇的主題是“共同安全、持久和平”，共有99個(gè)官方代表團(tuán)、19國(guó)國(guó)防部長(zhǎng)、14國(guó)軍隊(duì)總長(zhǎng)（國(guó)防軍司令）及專家學(xué)者和各國(guó)觀察員等1800余名嘉賓出席。

The opening ceremony of the 10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum was held at the Beijing International Convention Center Monday. The forum this year, under the theme of "Common Security, Lasting Peace," was attended by over 1,800 participants, including members of 99 official delegations, defense ministers of 19 countries and chiefs of defense forces of 14 countries, as well as experts and scholars from China and abroad.

中國(guó)秉持平等、開(kāi)放、包容、互鑒的精神，搭建北京香山論壇交流平臺(tái)。自2006年創(chuàng)辦以來(lái)，北京香山論壇始終堅(jiān)守“開(kāi)放、包容、互鑒、合作”理念，成為全球主要安全對(duì)話平臺(tái)之一。2018年10月，香山論壇更名為北京香山論壇

第十屆北京香山論壇于10月29日至31日在京舉行。聚焦全球安全倡議重點(diǎn)合作方向，為各方共議安全難題、求解安全之策、促進(jìn)安全合作提供平等發(fā)聲機(jī)會(huì)。設(shè)置了4個(gè)全體會(huì)議議題，包括“大國(guó)責(zé)任與全球安全合作”“發(fā)展中國(guó)家在全球安全中的作用”“亞太安全架構(gòu)：現(xiàn)狀與未來(lái)”“地區(qū)安全與發(fā)展：路徑與目標(biāo)”，8個(gè)分組會(huì)議題，還安排了“中外青年軍官學(xué)者研討會(huì)”等多場(chǎng)特色研討活動(dòng)。

【重要講話】

維護(hù)地區(qū)和平，保障共同安全。實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)長(zhǎng)治久安是我們的共同責(zé)任。中方愿同各方一道落實(shí)全球安全倡議，堅(jiān)持通過(guò)對(duì)話協(xié)商化解國(guó)家間分歧矛盾，推動(dòng)政治解決國(guó)際和地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，筑牢地區(qū)安全屏障。

We should maintain regional peace and safeguard common security. Sustaining peace and security in this region is our common responsibility. China stands ready to work with all sides to implement the Global Security Initiative, promote the settlement of international disputes through dialogue and consultation, and encourage political settlement of international and regional hotspots, so as to forge a solid security shield in our region.
