About 17,000 telecom and online fraud suspects have been captured since June 25, said Zheng Xiang, deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, at a news conference on Tuesday. The ministry launched a nationwide operation targeting criminal fraud from June 25 to Sept 30.
中國公安部刑事偵查局副局長(zhǎng)鄭翔日前在發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，自今年6月25日公安部部署開展夏季治安打擊整治行動(dòng)以來，抓獲電詐嫌疑人1.7萬名。

Public security departments in Yunnan province and other regions were asked to strengthen the fight against online scams and further cooperate with law enforcement departments in Myanmar, given the prevalence of online fraud in northern Myanmar targeting Chinese citizens on the mainland, Zheng said. So far, 2,317 suspects involved in telecom fraud have been handed over to China's police by Myanmar law enforcement, according to the ministry.
鄭翔表示，針對(duì)群眾反映強(qiáng)烈的緬北涉我電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙犯罪，公安部部署云南等地公安機(jī)關(guān)持續(xù)推進(jìn)專項(xiàng)打擊行動(dòng)，與緬甸相關(guān)地方執(zhí)法部門開展邊境警務(wù)合作，目前已有2317名涉詐犯罪嫌疑人移交我方。

China Coast Guard spokesperson Gan Yu said in a statement that a Philippine navy gunboat on Tuesday insisted on trespassing into the waters adjacent to China's Huangyan Island, despite repeated warnings from the Chinese side.

中國海警船在多次喊話警告無效的情況下，依法對(duì)菲船采取跟監(jiān)外逼、航路管制等必要措施予以驅(qū)離。

The operation was conducted in accordance with regulations, and legitimately, the spokesman added.
甘羽補(bǔ)充說，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作專業(yè)規(guī)范、正當(dāng)合法。

Gan said that China holds indisputable sovereignty over Huangyan Island and its adjacent waters, and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction over the waters.
中國對(duì)黃巖島及其附近海域擁有無可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)，對(duì)相關(guān)海域擁有主權(quán)權(quán)利和管轄權(quán)。

The actions of the Philippine side violated Chinese sovereignty and seriously contravened international law and basic norms of international relations, said the statement, urging the Philippine side to immediately stop its acts of infringement.
