The third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo concluded on Sunday, with 120 projects worth a total of 10.3 billion U.S. dollars signed.

中國(guó)-非洲經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)由中華人民共和國(guó)商務(wù)部與湖南省人民政府共同主辦，是中非合作論壇機(jī)制下唯一的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作平臺(tái)。中國(guó)—非洲經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)長(zhǎng)期落戶湖南，每?jī)赡暌粚谩?/p>

本屆博覽會(huì)以“共謀發(fā)展、共享未來(lái)”為主題，貝寧、剛果（金）、馬達(dá)加斯加、馬拉維、摩洛哥、莫桑比克、尼日利亞、贊比亞等8個(gè)非洲國(guó)家擔(dān)任主賓國(guó)，山東省和湖北省擔(dān)任主題省。博覽會(huì)展覽面積達(dá)10萬(wàn)平方米，較上屆增加近3萬(wàn)平方米。來(lái)自29個(gè)非洲國(guó)家的近1600類商品參展，較上屆增長(zhǎng)166%，參展商達(dá)1500家，較上屆增長(zhǎng)70%，到會(huì)采購(gòu)商和專業(yè)觀眾9000余人，觀展人次突破10萬(wàn)。本屆博覽會(huì)簽約項(xiàng)目120個(gè)、金額103億美元。發(fā)布99個(gè)對(duì)接合作項(xiàng)目、金額87億美元，其中11個(gè)非洲國(guó)家發(fā)布74個(gè)對(duì)接項(xiàng)目，數(shù)量為歷屆之最。展會(huì)期間，34項(xiàng)合作成果集中發(fā)布，涵蓋標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、研究報(bào)告、聲明倡議等八大類，首次發(fā)布中非貿(mào)易指數(shù)，再次發(fā)布中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系報(bào)告。

【重要講話】

我在2018年中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)上提出構(gòu)建更加緊密的中非命運(yùn)共同體，得到非方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一致贊同。3年多來(lái)，中非雙方并肩攜手，全力推進(jìn)落實(shí)“八大行動(dòng)”等峰會(huì)成果，完成了一大批重點(diǎn)合作項(xiàng)目，中非貿(mào)易額和中國(guó)對(duì)非洲的投資額穩(wěn)步攀升，幾乎所有論壇非方成員都加入了共建“一帶一路”合作大家庭，為中非全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系注入了強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。

At the 2018 FOCAC Beijing Summit, I proposed that we build an even stronger China-Africa community with a shared future. The proposal was unanimously endorsed by African leaders. Over the past three years and more, China and Africa have worked together to fully implement the eight major initiatives and other outcomes of the Beijing Summit, and completed a large number of priority cooperation projects. China-Africa trade and China’s investment in Africa have been on a steady rise. Almost all African members of FOCAC have joined the big family of Belt and Road cooperation. All these have injected strong impetus into the China-Africa comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership.
