The China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, known as SCODA, has emerged as a vital hub for trade and business among member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Officials recently highlighted the significant achievements made during the past five years since its establishment in Qingdao, Shandong province.

中國(guó)-上海合作組織地方經(jīng)貿(mào)合作示范區(qū)已成為上海合作組織成員國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)的重要樞紐。有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人近日強(qiáng)調(diào)了上合示范區(qū)在山東省青島市成立五年來(lái)取得的重大成就。

Since 2018, construction and development of SCODA have been progressing rapidly, with a particular emphasis on enhancing institutional and physical connectivity across the region and promoting high-level opening-up and high-quality development, said Zhang Xinzhu, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee and secretary of SCODA's Party working committee.

青島市委常委、上合示范區(qū)黨工委書記張新竹表示，自2018年以來(lái)，上合示范區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展進(jìn)展迅速，特別是加強(qiáng)了整個(gè)地區(qū)的互聯(lián)互通，促進(jìn)高水平開放和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

One notable achievement is the remarkable growth in the number of international freight train lines operating in the area. In 2019 there were only two such lines, but the number has now increased to 21.

一個(gè)顯著的成就是在該地區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)列車線路數(shù)量的顯著增長(zhǎng)。上合示范區(qū)國(guó)際班列線路從2019年的兩條增至21條。

The expansion has significantly contributed to the growth of trade between Qingdao and other SCO member states. Trade value has risen from 36.13 billion yuan in 2018 to 87.36 billion yuan in 2022, an annual increase of 24.2 percent, according to the administrative committee of SCODA.

國(guó)際班列線路的增加為青島與上海合作組織其他成員國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)上合示范區(qū)管理委員會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù)，青島與上海合作組織成員國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易額從2018年的361.3億元增加到2022年的873.6億元，年增長(zhǎng)率為24.2%。

The core area of SCODA houses the Qingdao SCODA Pearl International Expo Center, which commenced operations in November after a swift construction period of 235 days.

經(jīng)過(guò)235天的快速建設(shè)，位于上合示范區(qū)核心區(qū)的青島·上合之珠國(guó)際博覽中心于去年11月正式投入使用。

This expo center — hosting 20 national pavilions of SCO-related countries — holds several distinctions. It is China's first cultural experience base, and the first commercial complex exclusively catering to SCO countries.

青島·上合之珠國(guó)際博覽中心有20個(gè)上海合作組織成員國(guó)的國(guó)別館，博覽中心有多種特色。這是中國(guó)首個(gè)文化體驗(yàn)基地，也是首個(gè)專門面向上合組織成員國(guó)的商業(yè)綜合體。

To facilitate seamless trade and enhance efficiency, the SCODA administrative committee, in collaboration with China's General Administration of Customs, has established a comprehensive service platform.

為了促進(jìn)無(wú)縫貿(mào)易，提高效率，上合示范區(qū)管委會(huì)與海關(guān)總署合作，建立中國(guó)—上海合作組織地方經(jīng)貿(mào)合作綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)。

The platform offers a full-service cycle encompassing trade, customs clearances, logistics and finance. It has attracted some 4,800 enterprises from 27 industries, including electronics technology, bio-pharmaceuticals, mechanical equipment and eco-chemicals.

該平臺(tái)為中國(guó)與上合組織成員國(guó)之間經(jīng)貿(mào)合作提供“貿(mào)易+通關(guān)+物流+金融”全周期綜合服務(wù)體系，已吸引了來(lái)自27個(gè)行業(yè)的約4800家企業(yè)，包括電子技術(shù)，生物制藥，機(jī)械設(shè)備和生態(tài)化學(xué)品。
