工信部會同國家發(fā)展改革委、科技部等有關(guān)部門以及京津冀三地政府共同編制《京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展實(shí)施方案》，明確到2025年，京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展水平顯著提升。

China has unveiled a plan for the coordinated industrial development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The plan, jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the local governments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, said that the region's level of coordinated industrial development will have improved significantly by 2025.

京津冀是我國重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展高地，面對新形勢新任務(wù)新要求，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的任務(wù)更迫切。近年來，京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展取得標(biāo)志性成果，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)優(yōu)化。截至2022年底，京津冀地區(qū)累計(jì)培育國家級專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)1100多家，占全國比重達(dá)到12%?！毒┙蚣疆a(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展實(shí)施方案》提出，要扎實(shí)推進(jìn)京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化分工布局、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、高端智能綠色化發(fā)展、優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)群體培育、高水平開放合作等，將京津冀打造成為立足區(qū)域、服務(wù)全國的先進(jìn)制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展增長極和產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展示范區(qū)。

方案明確，聚焦京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展，將加快推動包括優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工和生產(chǎn)力布局、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)高級化和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)代化水平、增強(qiáng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新體系整體效能等八方面重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。在優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工和生產(chǎn)力布局方面，著力支持京津冀深入實(shí)施先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群發(fā)展專項(xiàng)行動，建立集群跨區(qū)域協(xié)同培育機(jī)制，聚焦集成電路、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、生物醫(yī)藥等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，著力打造世界級先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群。在提升產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)高級化和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)代化水平方面，協(xié)同培育新能源汽車和智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車、生物醫(yī)藥、氫能、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、高端工業(yè)母機(jī)、機(jī)器人等六條重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。

Efforts should be made to boost confidence and maintain resolve, to improve the capabilities of seizing opportunities, meeting challenges, addressing crises, nurturing decisive opportunities, and to coordinate development and security. Work should be done to promote work in all fields with enthusiasm and diligence, so as to push the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to a higher level and to make the region a pioneer and example in pursuing Chinese modernization.
