5月5日召開的國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議審議通過關(guān)于加快發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群的意見。會議指出，要把發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群擺到更加突出位置，堅持全國一盤棋，引導(dǎo)各地發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢，在專業(yè)化、差異化、特色化上下功夫。

China's State Council has deliberated and adopted a guideline on accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing clusters, according to a State Council executive meeting on Friday. The meeting called for greater priority to be given to the development of advanced manufacturing clusters, taking the whole country into account, guiding all localities to leverage their comparative advantages and intensifying work related to specialization and differentiation.

發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群，是推動產(chǎn)業(yè)邁向中高端、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈韌性和安全水平的重要抓手，有利于形成協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、人才集聚、降本增效等規(guī)模效應(yīng)和競爭優(yōu)勢。

2022年11月，工信部正式公布45個國家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群的名單。這45個國家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群中，新一代信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域13個、高端裝備領(lǐng)域13個、新材料領(lǐng)域7個、生物醫(yī)藥及高端醫(yī)療器械領(lǐng)域5個、消費品領(lǐng)域4個、新能源及智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車領(lǐng)域3個。

數(shù)據(jù)顯示，45個國家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群2021年主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值達(dá)19萬億元，布局建設(shè)了18家國家制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新中心，培育創(chuàng)建了170余家國家級單項冠軍企業(yè)、2200余家國家級專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)，成為推動制造業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要載體。

堅持把發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的著力點放在實體經(jīng)濟上，推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化，加快建設(shè)制造強國、質(zhì)量強國、航天強國、交通強國、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強國、數(shù)字中國。實施產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)再造工程和重大技術(shù)裝備攻關(guān)工程，支持專精特新企業(yè)發(fā)展，推動制造業(yè)高端化、智能化、綠色化發(fā)展。

In pursuing economic growth, we must continue to focus on the real economy. We will advance new industrialization and move faster to boost China’s strength in manufacturing, product quality, aerospace, transportation, cyberspace, and digital development. We will carry out industrial foundation reengineering projects and research projects on major technologies and equipment; support enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products; and move the manufacturing sector toward higher-end, smarter, and greener production.
