4月21日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平向在上?！笆澜鐣?huì)客廳”舉辦的“中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化與世界”藍(lán)廳論壇致賀信?！爸袊?guó)式現(xiàn)代化與世界”藍(lán)廳論壇由中國(guó)公共外交協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)人民外交學(xué)會(huì)和上海市人民政府共同主辦，近80國(guó)政府、智庫(kù)、媒體代表參加。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday sent a congratulatory message to the Lanting Forum on Chinese Modernization and the World held at the Meet-the-World Lounge in Shanghai. The Lanting Forum on Chinese Modernization and the World was organized by the China Public Diplomacy Association and the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, and was supported by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Representatives of governments, think tanks and the media from nearly 80 countries participated in the Forum.

藍(lán)廳論壇由外交部于2010年創(chuàng)辦，是探視和解讀中國(guó)重大外交政策和外交活動(dòng)的重要平臺(tái)，也是中外各界對(duì)中國(guó)外交政策與共同關(guān)心的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行交流的重要渠道。論壇取名于外交部南樓“藍(lán)廳”。

4月21日，“中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化與世界”藍(lán)廳論壇在上海舉辦。論壇圍繞“中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化與世界”主題舉行三場(chǎng)論壇和一場(chǎng)工商界午餐會(huì)。300多名國(guó)內(nèi)外的知名政要、前政要、專家學(xué)者和工商界代表，以及外國(guó)駐華使節(jié)、國(guó)際組織駐華代表、國(guó)際媒體代表，齊聚上?！笆澜鐣?huì)客廳”，圍繞中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化與世界主題進(jìn)行深入交流。

此次是藍(lán)廳論壇首次走出北京，走進(jìn)地方，意義特殊。上海見證了中國(guó)的百年變遷，以及中國(guó)同世界關(guān)系的深刻變化，是交流研討中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化對(duì)世界意義的理想場(chǎng)所。在上海舉辦藍(lán)廳論壇活動(dòng)，是外交服務(wù)地方高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和高水平對(duì)外開放的又一舉措。
