近日，根據(jù)黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院決策部署，統(tǒng)籌考慮農(nóng)資市場(chǎng)價(jià)格走勢(shì)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)，中央財(cái)政下達(dá)資金100億元，向?qū)嶋H種糧農(nóng)民發(fā)放一次性補(bǔ)貼。

China is to provide one-off subsidies to crop-growing farmers with the aim of boosting grain production, according to the Ministry of Finance.

據(jù)財(cái)政部消息，中央財(cái)政日前向?qū)嶋H種糧農(nóng)民發(fā)放一次性補(bǔ)貼，統(tǒng)籌支持春耕生產(chǎn)。

The central government has issued a 10 billion yuan fund for granting one-off subsidies to crop-growing farmers in light of the costs of farming supplies and the agriculture production situation, said the ministry.

財(cái)政部表示，統(tǒng)籌考慮農(nóng)資市場(chǎng)價(jià)格走勢(shì)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)，中央財(cái)政下達(dá)資金100億元，向?qū)嶋H種糧農(nóng)民發(fā)放一次性補(bǔ)貼。

The subsidies will be provided to actual grain growers, including farmers who grow grain on their own contracted land, big farming households who grow grain via transferred land, family farms, farmers' cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and other new types of agricultural operating entities, as well as individuals and organizations that provide services for grain production.

此次補(bǔ)貼對(duì)象為實(shí)際種糧者，包括利用自有承包地種糧的農(nóng)民，流轉(zhuǎn)土地種糧的大戶、家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)、農(nóng)民合作社、農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)等新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體，以及開(kāi)展糧食耕種收全程社會(huì)化服務(wù)的個(gè)人和組織。

The move aims to support spring farming production and further motivate farmers to grow grain, the ministry said, adding that the subsidies should be issued in good time and in full.

此舉旨在支持春耕生產(chǎn)，進(jìn)一步調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)民種糧積極性。各地區(qū)應(yīng)及時(shí)足額將補(bǔ)貼資金發(fā)放到位。
