住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部日前表示，今年將新開(kāi)工改造城鎮(zhèn)老舊小區(qū)5.3萬(wàn)個(gè)以上，以打造更加宜居的城市。2022年，我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)新開(kāi)工改造5.1萬(wàn)個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)老舊小區(qū)的年度目標(biāo)任務(wù)。

China will start the renovation of over 53,000 old urban residential communities this year in an effort to make cities more livable, a senior official from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said Tuesday. The figure is higher than last year's target of 51,000 residential communities renovated, which was successfully accomplished.

在城市體檢方面，要堅(jiān)持問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、向群眾身邊延伸、在“實(shí)”上下功夫，從房子開(kāi)始，到小區(qū)、到社區(qū)、到城區(qū)，找出群眾反映強(qiáng)烈的難點(diǎn)、堵點(diǎn)、痛點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，查找影響城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的短板弱項(xiàng)。在城市更新方面，城市體檢出來(lái)的問(wèn)題，作為城市更新的重點(diǎn)；城市體檢的結(jié)果，作為城市規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、管理的依據(jù)。堅(jiān)持人民城市人民建，人民城市為人民，讓人民群眾生活得更方便、更舒心、更美好。

 As a major aspect of the action plan for urban renewal, renovation of old residential communities is an important work that enhances people's sense of gain. The principle is to serve the people and make their life convenient and safe. More efforts should be made to further improve the living environment and upgrade facilities concerning the supply of water, electricity and gas, so as to better meet residents' daily needs and ensure their safety.
