12月19日，清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心與自然集團(tuán)共同發(fā)布了2022國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)。在全球國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心中，北京排名近年穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)，已位列全球第三名，并在創(chuàng)新生態(tài)指標(biāo)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了顯著提升。

Beijing surpassed London for the first time to rank third globally in innovation, according to the Global Innovation Hubs Index 2022 released on Dec 19.

12月19日，清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心與自然集團(tuán)共同發(fā)布《國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)2022》。北京超越倫敦，首次位列全球第三名。

Developed by the Center for Industrial Development and Environmental Governance at Tsinghua University and Nature Research, the GIHI2022 continues in evaluating 100 GIHs by three indicators including research innovation, innovation economy and innovation ecosystem.

《國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)2022》通過(guò)科研創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)、創(chuàng)新生態(tài)3個(gè)維度的多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，對(duì)全球100個(gè)城市（都市圈）的創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。

The number of evaluated hubs in the 2022 edition has increased from 50 to 100, which also include mini-hubs with populations of less than one million, according to Nature Research.

自然集團(tuán)表示，相較2021年指數(shù)，本年度的評(píng)估范圍由50個(gè)城市擴(kuò)展到100個(gè)城市（都市圈），并新增了人口不足百萬(wàn)的微型科創(chuàng)中心城市。

The top 10 cities and metropolitan areas (MA) this year are San Francisco-San Jose, New York MA, Beijing, London MA, Boston MA, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Tokyo MA, Geneva, Paris MA and Shanghai.

本次位列前十位的城市（都市圈）有：舊金山-圣何塞、紐約、北京、倫敦、波士頓、粵港澳大灣區(qū)、東京、日內(nèi)瓦、巴黎、和上海。

"Cities and metropolitan areas including Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are important nodes in the network of renewable energy technology, leading the world in a global shift towards green development," said Nature Research.

自然集團(tuán)表示，北京、杭州、粵港澳大灣區(qū)等城市和都市圈在可再生能源技術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的位置舉足輕重，引領(lǐng)全球轉(zhuǎn)向綠色發(fā)展。

In addition to the three Bay Areas of San Francisco, New York and Tokyo, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which has overtaken Tokyo Bay Area for the first time, ranks sixth on the list and has become a new innovation hub in Asia, the report said.

報(bào)告稱，除舊金山、紐約和東京三大灣區(qū)外，粵港澳大灣區(qū)首次超過(guò)東京灣區(qū)，位列榜單第六位，并已成為亞洲新的創(chuàng)新中心。

Beijing has progressed rapidly in innovation ecosystem in recent years. The city ranks top three globally in all these fields, such as the world's top 200 scientific research institutions, supercomputers, leading innovation enterprises and unicorns, and venture capital, said Chen Ling, GIHI's chief scientist and director of CIDEG at Tsinghua University.

北京近年來(lái)在創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)方面取得了很大進(jìn)展。《國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)》首席科學(xué)家、清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心主任陳玲表示，北京在世界一流科研機(jī)構(gòu)200強(qiáng)、超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)、創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)先企業(yè)和獨(dú)角獸企業(yè)、創(chuàng)投資金等方面，都進(jìn)入了全球前三的位置。

China has entered a period of innovation-driven development, with digitalization further accelerating the flow of innovation resources. Building international science and technology innovation centers is not only the embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength but also the driving force for further development in the future, Chen said.

陳玲表示，當(dāng)前，我們國(guó)家已經(jīng)進(jìn)入創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展時(shí)期，數(shù)字化又進(jìn)一步加速了創(chuàng)新資源流動(dòng)。建設(shè)國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心，是國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力的集中的體現(xiàn)，也是未來(lái)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。
