國家發(fā)改委：一系列穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)舉措將在四季度集中顯效

China's top economic regulator will continue to promote the implementation of a package of policies to stabilize the economy, further expedite the financing of projects via policy-based and developmental financial instruments, accelerate infrastructure projects, and proactively expand effective investment, said an official from the National Development and Reform Commission.
中國國家發(fā)展改革委一位官員周三（11月16日）表示，國家發(fā)展改革委將繼續(xù)推動實施穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)一攬子政策措施，進(jìn)一步通過政策性開發(fā)性金融工具，加大重大項目融資支持，加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目建設(shè)，積極擴(kuò)大有效投資。

"We have noticed that economic stabilization is speeding up in major economically developed provinces. Industrial growth drivers and investing confidence will continue to increase as the implementation of economic stabilization policies accelerate, and a series of measures, including the launch of a relending facility to support equipment upgrades, will achieve the desired effect in the fourth quarter," said Meng Wei, a spokeswoman for NDRC, at a news conference.
國家發(fā)展改革委新聞發(fā)言人孟瑋在當(dāng)日舉行的例行發(fā)布會上說：“我們也注意到，經(jīng)濟(jì)大省等重點(diǎn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)正在加快回穩(wěn)發(fā)展。隨著穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)一攬子政策和接續(xù)措施加快落地見效，以及設(shè)備更新改造專項再貸款和財政貼息等一系列舉措將在四季度集中顯效，工業(yè)增長動力、投資信心將繼續(xù)增強(qiáng)。”

"Recently, China announced measures to optimize COVID-19 responses and guide local governments to put into practice anti-pandemic measures in a more scientific and targeted way. This is conducive to further promoting unimpeded flows in the economy and market demand recovery. As for the outlook for the whole year, China's economic growth is likely to accelerate further, and the foundations of the stabilizing and improving economy will be consolidated," Meng said.
孟瑋說：“近日，國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制發(fā)布優(yōu)化疫情防控20條措施，指導(dǎo)各地更加科學(xué)精準(zhǔn)做好疫情防控工作，這有利于進(jìn)一步暢通經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)、促進(jìn)市場需求恢復(fù)。展望全年，經(jīng)濟(jì)增速有望進(jìn)一步加快，回穩(wěn)向好基礎(chǔ)將不斷得到鞏固?！?/p>

Considering that the current international environment is still complicated and the COVID-19 prevention situation is still severe, China must make strenuous efforts to promote a continuous economic recovery in the fourth quarter, she said.

Climate activists with the Spanish group Futuro Vegetal targeted a replica mummy at the Egyptian Museum in Barcelona this weekend to protest the climate conference, COP27, which is taking place in Egypt.
