中國人吃什么容易過敏?最新研究:海鮮、芒果和……

在歐美喜劇中,我們時(shí)不時(shí)能看到有角色因?yàn)榛ㄉ^敏腫成“包子”。然而,在中國,卻很少有人對花生嚴(yán)重過敏。難道花生還有地域歧視?
8月26日,中國疾控中心英文周報(bào)發(fā)布了一系列關(guān)于中國不同人群食物過敏的研究論文,其中一項(xiàng)研究得出結(jié)論:中國人更容易海鮮過敏,歐美人更容易花生過敏。
Chinese researchers concluded a new study which shows that Chinese adults and children are more likely to be allergic to seafood, and less likely to be allergic to peanuts compared to people in the United States and Europe.
該研究重點(diǎn)介紹了2020年在我國江西省所做的過敏性調(diào)查,該調(diào)查共發(fā)放21273份食物過敏篩查問卷,涉及11935名成人和8856名兒童。
結(jié)果顯示,江西人民的常見過敏原食物(food allergen)從高到低排序依次為蝦、芒果、貝類、雞蛋、魚、牛肉、牛奶和羊肉,以動物源食物為主,與歐洲以花生、大豆為主有差異。
According to the study, shrimp, mangos and shellfish are the top three common food allergens in China's Jiangxi province, followed by eggs, fish, beef, milk and mutton.
這一差異意味著不同地區(qū)的文化、飲食、工業(yè)化程度以及生物因素都會影響當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣竦倪^敏模式。
南昌大學(xué)教授陳紅兵參與了此項(xiàng)研究,他表示研究成果符合生活實(shí)際,與以往的研究結(jié)果一致。
陳教授稱:“比如,以往的研究統(tǒng)計(jì)了兒童自我報(bào)告的食物過敏現(xiàn)象,發(fā)現(xiàn)常見的過敏源由高到低排序?yàn)椋汉ur、魚、蛋、水果和牛奶?!?/p>
"For instance, in a previous study on self-reported food allergies among children, seafood topped the list, followed by fish, eggs, fruits and milk," he said.
不過,他也表示,我們還需要更多流行病學(xué)研究來解釋研究結(jié)果間的差異,同時(shí)判斷中國各地的不同飲食習(xí)慣是否導(dǎo)致了食物過敏模式。
Chen said more epidemiological research is needed to address these discrepancies and to determine if various dietary habits across China result in varied food sensitivity.
還有一篇著重分析總結(jié)了2000年至2021年關(guān)于中國人食物過敏的24項(xiàng)研究成果。相關(guān)研究成果顯示, 2009年至2018年,食物過敏的流行率為8%,高于1999-2008年(5%),這表明中國食物過敏的流行率正在上升。
In a separate study also published in China CDC Weekly last week, researchers found that the prevalence of food allergies in the population was 8 percent from 2009 to 2018, up from 5 percent from 1999 to 2008, "indicating that the prevalence of food allergies in China is on the rise".
復(fù)旦大學(xué)華山醫(yī)院一名醫(yī)生接受《醫(yī)學(xué)界》采訪時(shí)表示,食物過敏率上升是一個全球性現(xiàn)象,這是由生活方式、飲食習(xí)慣的改變,以及人們健康意識的提高和醫(yī)學(xué)診斷能力的進(jìn)步所導(dǎo)致的。
Luo Xiaoqun, a doctor at Fudan University's Huashan Hospital, said during an interview with media outlet YXJ.org.cn that the increasing rate of food allergies is a phenomenon observed worldwide, driven by changes in lifestyles, eating habits, as well as growing health awareness and diagnostic ability.
那么,如何避免食物過敏呢?這里給你來支招!
● 重視嬰兒階段的食物攝入。父母過敏的東西,給嬰兒初次接觸時(shí)需適當(dāng)控制、觀察,但不能絕對禁止;盡量母乳(breast milk)喂養(yǎng),加入輔食時(shí),不要一次性加入多種食物,以便及時(shí)明確是哪種食物導(dǎo)致的過敏。
Breastfeed your baby. Breastfeeding may reduce the risk of allergy and is linked to other health benefits.
● 懷疑有過敏癥狀,及時(shí)到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行過敏原測試,不要諱疾忌醫(yī)。
An allergy test can determine whether your body has an allergic reaction to a known substance.
● 有明確過敏癥的人群需要忌口,避免接觸過敏原(allergen),也需要常備抗過敏藥物,出現(xiàn)癥狀時(shí)及時(shí)吃藥遏制。
Avoid your allergens and take your medicines as prescribed.
