國務院總理李克強8月27日向2022年浦江創(chuàng)新論壇致賀信。李克強表示，低碳發(fā)展事關(guān)全球綠色未來，中國要在實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的過程中走低碳綠色發(fā)展之路。

Premier Li Keqiang said in a congratulatory letter to the 2022 Pujiang Innovation Forum on Saturday that China seeks low-carbon development while pursuing modernization, and expressed the will to strengthen all-around international collaboration.

國務院總理李克強8月27日向2022年浦江創(chuàng)新論壇致賀信。李克強指出，中國要在實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的過程中走低碳綠色發(fā)展之路，并強調(diào)要全方位加強國際合作。

Li said that low-carbon development concerns the future of the world, and innovation is the foremost driving force to lead this development.

李克強表示，低碳發(fā)展事關(guān)全球綠色未來，創(chuàng)新是引領發(fā)展的第一動力。

As the world's largest developing country, China chose to realize its modernization via low-carbon and green development efforts, which is unprecedented in the history of humanity, and can only be achieved with arduous efforts, Li said.

李克強指出，作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家，中國要在實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的過程中走低碳綠色發(fā)展之路，這在人類歷史上沒有先例，需要付出艱苦卓絕的努力才能實現(xiàn)。

China unswervingly upholds the policy of opening-up, and will further expand high-level opening-up to deepen reform, promote high-quality development, and strengthen all-around international cooperation and in-depth communications, in order to achieve a win-win situation, Li added.

李克強強調(diào)，中國堅持對外開放基本國策不動搖，以高水平開放促進深層次改革、推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，全方位加強國際合作，深化交流互鑒，更好實現(xiàn)互利共贏。
