水利部副部長劉偉平17日在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，當(dāng)前，長江流域水稻等秋糧作物正處于灌溉需水關(guān)鍵期，為遏制長江中下游干流水位快速下降趨勢(shì)，確保沿線灌區(qū)和城鎮(zhèn)取水，水利部決定實(shí)施專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，調(diào)度上中游水庫群，加大出庫流量為下游補(bǔ)水。

The reservoirs in the upper and middle reaches of China's longest river will discharge 1.48 billion cubic meters of water into the lower reaches, starting from Tuesday, Vice Minister of Water Resources Liu Weiping said on Wednesday.

水利部副部長劉偉平17日表示，長江流域水庫群抗旱保供水聯(lián)合調(diào)度專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)自8月16日起實(shí)施，調(diào)度上中游水庫群，加大出庫流量為下游補(bǔ)水，計(jì)劃補(bǔ)水14.8億立方米。

Since August, reservoirs have replenished 5.3 billion cubic meters of water in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

8月以來，水利部門已調(diào)度長江流域控制性水庫群向中下游地區(qū)補(bǔ)水53億立方米。

Water storage in large and medium-sized reservoirs in the Yangtze River basin is generally stable, and reservoir inflow levels are just 10 percent lower than during the same period last year.

目前，長江流域大中型水庫蓄水情況總體較好，蓄水量較去年同期僅偏少一成。

Since July, most areas of the Yangtze River basin have experienced high temperatures, and there has been 45 percent less rainfall than the average over recent years.

7月以來，長江流域大部分地區(qū)持續(xù)高溫少雨，降雨量較常年同期偏少四成五。

Drought has affected approximately 830,000 people and 12.32 million mu (821,333 hectares) of farmlands in Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi and Anhui, according to the Ministry of Water Resources.

水利部統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，四川、重慶、湖北、湖南、江西、安徽6省市耕地受旱面積1232萬畝，83萬人因旱供水受到影響。
