我國規(guī)模最大的50萬噸/年煤基乙醇項目6月30日在陜西榆林榆神工業(yè)區(qū)建成中交，標志著項目進入試車階段。該項目緩解我國燃料乙醇對糧食依賴的同時，每年還可轉化低階煤150萬噸，有效彌補了我國石油資源不足，對保障國家能源安全和糧食安全具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。

China's largest coal-based ethanol project with an annual output of 500,000 tonnes was put into trial operation in Yulin City in northwestern Shaanxi Province on Thursday.

我國規(guī)模最大的50萬噸/年煤基乙醇項目近日在陜西榆林建成中交，轉入試運行階段。

The project uses coal as raw material to produce ethanol and other chemical products, and it can convert 1.5 million tonnes of coal annually. Experts said three tonnes of grain can produce one tonne of ethanol, saving 1.5 million tonnes of bio-ethanol raw grain every year when in full service.

項目以煤為原料，生產(chǎn)無水乙醇等化工產(chǎn)品，每年可轉化低階煤150萬噸。專家介紹，按照3噸糧食生產(chǎn)1噸乙醇測算，50萬噸/年煤基乙醇項目建成投產(chǎn)后，每年可節(jié)約生物乙醇原料糧150萬噸。

乙醇（Ethanol）是世界公認的優(yōu)良汽油添加劑，也是重要的基礎化學品（is a widely used chemical raw material），可用來生產(chǎn)乙醛、氯乙醇等，并衍生出染料、洗滌劑等產(chǎn)品中間體，制品多達300種以上（more than 300 kinds of related products）。

The Yulin project produces ethanol through carbonylation of dimethyl ether, an internationally leading technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. In addition to the four methods of using coal to produce olefin, oil, natural gas and ethylene glycol, the new environment-friendly technology will boost the high-end, diversified and low carbonization development of China's coal chemical industry.

該項目采用我國自主知識產(chǎn)權國際領先的二甲醚羰基化制乙醇技術，是世界煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)在煤制烯烴、煤制油、煤制天然氣和乙二醇四大路線之外，開辟的一條全新的環(huán)境友好型技術工藝路線。對助推煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化、多元化、低碳化發(fā)展具有重要意義。
