> China aims to boost digital government construction
國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)數(shù)字政府建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》

China has detailed measures to enhance building a digital government in tandem with the country's efforts to promote digital transformation. By 2025, the country will strive to improve the top-level design and coordination of a digital government that matches the modernization of the national governance system, according to a guideline released by the State Council, China's cabinet. The guideline said key advancements would emerge in making scientific government policies, carrying out targeted measures in social governance, and providing efficient public services.
日前，國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)數(shù)字政府建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》（以下簡稱《指導(dǎo)意見》），就主動順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢作出部署?！吨笇?dǎo)意見》提出兩階段工作目標(biāo)，到2025年，與政府治理能力現(xiàn)代化相適應(yīng)的數(shù)字政府頂層設(shè)計更加完善，政府決策科學(xué)化、社會治理精準(zhǔn)化、公共服務(wù)高效化取得重要進(jìn)展。

By 2035, China will seek to establish a digital government that is coordinated, efficient, intelligent, open, transparent, and inclusive.
到2035年，整體協(xié)同、敏捷高效、智能精準(zhǔn)、開放透明、公平普惠的數(shù)字政府基本建成。

> China's drug-related cases decline for 5 consecutive years
公安部：我國毒品案件連續(xù)5年年均降幅達(dá)20%以上

The number of drug-related cases in China declined from 140,000 in 2017 to 54,000 in 2021, down an annual average of over 20 percent for five consecutive years.
公安部日前在新聞發(fā)布會上稱，截至2021年底，毒品案件由2017年的14萬起下降至2021年的5.4萬起，連續(xù)5年年均降幅達(dá)20%以上。

Over the past five years, 451,000 drug-related criminal cases were closed, with 588,000 criminal suspects apprehended and 305 tons of narcotics seized.
五年來，全國共破獲毒品犯罪案件45.1萬起，抓獲犯罪嫌疑人58.8萬名，繳獲毒品305噸。

So far, China has placed 449 types of narcotic substances under control, making it among the countries with the most stringent narcotics control measures.
截至目前，我國已列管449種麻醉品、精神物質(zhì)，是世界上列管毒品最多、管制最嚴(yán)的國家。

> Over 1,700 internet hospitals established in China
全國已審批設(shè)置1700余家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院

More than 1,700 internet hospitals have been approved and established in China, integrating online and offline medical services.
截至目前，全國已審批設(shè)置1700余家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院，正形成線上線下一體化醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

As of the end of 2021, online hospitals served 298 million people, increasing by 83.08 million from 2020. Online hospital users accounted for 28.9 percent of the total number of Chinese netizens.
據(jù)統(tǒng)計，截至去年底，我國在線醫(yī)療用戶規(guī)模達(dá)到2.98億人，比2020年增長了8308萬人，在線醫(yī)療用戶占網(wǎng)民總數(shù)的28.9%。

At present, more than half of second-level and above public hospitals in China have developed medical service pre-registration, and among them, over 4,800 can provide prior-consultations, reducing potential cross-infections caused by in-person gatherings.
截至目前，全國二級及以上公立醫(yī)院中，超過50%開展了預(yù)約診療，其中超過4800家醫(yī)院能夠做到分時段的精準(zhǔn)預(yù)約診療，避免了醫(yī)院人員聚集，降低了交叉感染的風(fēng)險。
